有省略,完整的是you're innocent until you are proved guilty.

2.可以这么省略。因为在前半句中出现的was是放在not only...but这个并列项之前的。如果前半句句是she not only was the largest ship that had ever been built ,那么后半句的was就不能省略了,就得是but was regarded as the unsinkable ship.并列关联词连接的结构前后一致,记住这点。
